    We ship within 24hrs and a tracking link is emailed to you. Package is delivered across Canada within 3–5 business days.

I ordered accidentally. Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order at support@desicravings.ca.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days across Canada, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow the delivery updates there.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since our boxes contain perishable food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue, please reach out — we’re here to help!

Email us your request and attach relevant photos. If accepted, we will issue necessary refund.

Some items were swapped with other brand items. Why?

We occasionally replace an out-of-stock item with a similar value and flavor to avoid delays. If you’re not happy with your box, contact us and we’ll make it right.

What if my box arrives damaged or an item is missing?

Please email us a photo of the package and missing item details within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and offer a suitable replacement or refund.

Are all snacks sourced directly from India?

Yes - we handpick authentic Indian brands to bring you the true taste of nostalgia, right here in Canada.
